How to make pad printing cliche?

1. First, the steel plate (white board) is treated with pad printing steel plate treatment water, the oil stains on the surface of the board are cleaned, and the cotton cloth block and the treated water on the board are removed.
2. Put two drops photosensitive paste on the surface of the whiteboard, and then let it flow evenly on the surface. Place it in a dark place at a 45° angle and let it dry naturally. About 15 minutes.
3. Paste the film on the dry steel plate, flatten it with 5 cm of white glass, expose for 90-120 seconds under a Philips 125W lamp, and then carefully remove the glass sheet and film.
4. The exposed photosensitive steel plate is developed with developing water. The method of development is to first use a small basin of developing water, then use a spoon to sprinkle the developing water on the photosensitive paste to develop it (about 20-40 seconds), then rinse it with clean water, and dry it with a brush dryer.
5. Check the pinhole on the board, fill it with photosensitive paste, and explode in a few seconds.
6. After the pad printing plate is developed, drop a drop of etching solution on the pad printing steel plate and wipe it gently with a cotton swab. (About 20-30 seconds) Rinse with clean water.
7. Then wipe off the photosensitive paste with treated water
